VIDEO ESSEY

UNSEEN explores the tension between digital presence and real existence. It reflects on how we curate and perform our identities, while gradually losing touch with genuine connection, awareness, and presence in the physical world. The video contrasts quiet, natural moments with scenes of people absorbed in their phones, inviting a reflection on what we see and what we overlook.

BACKGROUND

My name is Nutsa. I was born and raised in Tbilisi, Georgia, and I’ve been based in Berlin since 2018.

My working journey started early. From a young age, I was deeply drawn to art, fashion, and music — not only as inspiration, but as environments where ideas, people, and aesthetics come together. Back in Georgia, I completed my first art direction internship at a creative agency and worked freelance as an assistant to a costume designer. These early experiences shaped how I see creative work today: as something that is built collectively, through trust, structure, and attention to detail. I moved to Berlin after being accepted into Business Communication studies, because I always felt strongest at the intersection of creativity and organization. While I am

working closely with creatives, and taking responsibility for making things happen. I’m energized by small, focused teams, I’m not afraid of accountability, and I genuinely enjoy the process of turning complexity into something workable and tangible.

This text may sound personal — and it is. I believe that today, authenticity and empathy matter. Creative work is human work, and I value environments where curiosity, respect, and collaboration are as important as results. Thank you for taking the time to read this

passionate about visual and cultural work, I have also naturally taken on responsibility — coordinating, structuring, communicating, and guiding processes so ideas can actually become reality.Studying business communication felt like a way to strengthen exactly that balance: creating with people, not just alongside them. This led me to start my professional career as a Project and Event Manager, where I organized events, coordinated teams, and managed complex projects across different disciplines. Over time, I felt a strong pull back toward the fashion and editorial world, which has always been at the core of my interests. I followed that path through an internship in fashion, and eventually made the decision to work independently. Since then, I have been working as a freelance visual storyteller and creative producer, mainly in fashion and editorial contexts. In my work, I am involved from early concepts to final execution. Developing ideas, structuring workflows, giving clear and honest feedback, and supporting teams throughout the process. I care deeply about quality, precision, and intention.  I enjoy shaping ideas,
